Green
Full Court -
Green Stage
The real game. Your child steps onto the full tennis court - with the right ball, the right technique, and the confidence built across the last three stages.
This is Where
Real Tennis Begins.
In the Green Stage, children play on the full regulation court for the first time - 23.77m × 8.23m. The green ITF Stage 1 ball has 25% less internal pressure: it bounces flatter, stays at a child's height, and forces genuine rallies instead of moonballs.
The game becomes more athletic. Runs get longer, technique more demanding. The child learns to cover the whole court, think tactically, and construct points with intention - both offensively and defensively.
The green ball levels the playing field between size and strength: points are decided by technique and tactics, not by body size.
4 Learning Phases
in the Green Stage.
From consolidating technique to real matchplay.
Consolidating all groundstrokes on the Full Court. Forehand, backhand, serve - technically solid.
Court coverage on the full court. Footwork, recovery, positioning between shots.
Tactics in real match play. Cross, down-the-line, net approach. Building and finishing points with intent.
Free matches. First club entry. The child plays - the parent watches. Mission complete.
